There is no fee or charges to retrieve your personal information at the time of ordering more products, You can access, review and/or correct all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by Europe On Rail, Inc. 

We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.


As stated above, Europe on Rail will not sell, rent, or share our customers' personal information to other companies except for issuing tickets and passes through our rail partners. The companies we deal with in getting the tickets and passes has their own private policies in place.

Order Information Privacy and Security

Europe on Rail currently uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your information, including your credit card information, during all phases of online transactions.If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information online, please choose to have a sales representative call you to complete the order, or give us a call at (888)228-7245 and speak with one of our friendly sales representative.

NEVER include your credit card number or other sensitive information in unencrypted e-mail. In the extremely unlikely event that we ever do suspect a client's credit card number has been intercepted, we will immediately notify the client.

Types of information that we collect:

We collect your name, address, phone number, email address, billing information including credit card number and expiration date as well as prospect information such as an alternate address for shipping. We only use your name, address, billing information/credit card information to process your order. We collect all the above information and encryption is used whenever such information is transmitted or received online.

 The email address is used for… Under no circumstances will we use this information for anything else not described in this privacy policy.

Agents or Contractor Handling Information:

In order to handle business transaction whether they are banks,distributors or web designer, All agents and contractors have agreed to hold our information in confidence, not use it for any purpose except to carry out the service they are providing our organization, and honor our organization's privacy and security policies.

Europe on Rail currently uses a "cookie" system on the shopping cart function of our site. Cookies are used to maintain information so that when you return to our web site, any previous information will be preserved.  In essence, a cookie "tags" your browser with a random, unique number. The cookie simply assigns a number and does NOT disclose any personal information about the person using the browser.
